Erau 'motivate' with 'willpower' (typical shonen). Nu spun ca este cu totul rau, insa este mediocru (poate asta pare dupa ce ai privit peste 400 de title-uri si ai vazut prea des aceeasi chestie).

It was more about fear, si odata ce-a depasit frica a fost capabil simplu sa-l zgirie pe Kenpachi. Mai departe l-au ajutat puterile lui de Quincy (daca citesti manga, trebuie sa stii ca e mai complex Bleach la capitolul dat - ce puteri si cum interactioneaza intre ele si cu personajele, si e interesant - aici chiar e bine dezvoltat).

Mie mi sa parut totul dupa final battle with Byakuya a fost deja stricat in Bleach.

Comparabil, da, dar au fost si multe chestii interesante. Pur si simplu n-a mai fost consistenta. Unele parti erau foarte bune, altele okay, altele stupid.

Cu Ant se explica ca in fiecare Ant sunt concentrate 'life force'-ul a zeci pina la mii de oameni (the King and the Royal Guards) din cauza aceasta ei sunt asa de puternici. Not worse of an "ass pull" than we get in Bleach for example with their "hidden potential" bullshit.

Chiar si ants care aveau numai 2 seturi de gene erau overpowered. Logic ar trebuie diferite combinatii sa fie si avantajoase si dezavantajoase, iar majoritatea absoluta dezavantajoase - nu cum e in anime. But anyway, credca merge. Oricum au furnicile astea niste abilitati tare fantastice, sa poti combina the life force a mii de oameni intr-unu...

You remember the small ants which attacked Gon at the beginning of the arc, these species by themselves are ridiculously powerful.

+1 Bleach isn't even worth mentioning in the same sentence as Hunter x Hunter.

Sucks that the Chimera Ant is the last arc and i doubt we'll see something new in the near future. even the manga is on hiatus.

Bad drawing is bad.

About bad drawing, I'm now reading Angel Densetsu by Norihiro Yagi(Claymore). It was his first real manga, pleasant to look how dramatically his art style and drawing technique improved and evolved through the course of the manga. Not to mention the manga itself is a masterpiece of comedy and delinquent culture themed manga ^^
You can get an idea by watching the short OVA for it.
