Major XP and Counter-Strike issues

HI,

I just upgraded from Me to XP and now when I play Counter-Strike, my crosshair aim gets really fucked up. Does everyone know how smoke makes your aim wavy with the AWP or any gun for that matter....well I get that ALL THE TIME. If there is smoke or not, my aim has that wavy effect and I cant get it to go away. Also, my grpahics for the skies do not load on some maps, they fuck up and it says, in the console, all this "could not load ...." BS.I have reinstalled both HL and CS completly deleting everything. I need HELP! Please someone be my saviour on this!

Please help.
